Preoperative evaluation notices

• Once completed the online appointment form, our clinic clerk will make a call to confirm the exact date and time for your first visit.
• If we can’t reach you via phone, we will send an e-mail to double confirm with you.
• Overseas patients can make appointment using this online system as well, we will contact you via e-mail.
• Overseas patients must state your expected length of stay in Taiwan.
• Please notify our clerk that you’ve completed the appointment process when you arrive at the clinic.
• First consultation visit will take approximately 2 to 3 hours.
• Since Dilating Drops (Mydriatics) is applied during the examination, please do not drive or ride to the clinic by yourself.
• Preoperative notices for contact lenses wearers.
• In order to ensure more accurate measurement, please try to avoid wearing contact lenses prior to the preoperative examination.
• For soft contact lenses wearers, please avoid wearing the lenses for 3 to 7 days.
• For hard contact lenses wearers, please avoid wearing the lenses for 1 to 2 weeks.
